License grant
Subject to payment and these terms, Slowbloom grants the subscriber a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the software for the subscription period and within the seats and license type included in the selected plan.
Personal and group licenses
Seed and Sprig are personal-use plans. Garden includes a family license with three seats. Greenhouse includes a coach license with ten seats and group workspaces. Seats should be used only by the people covered by the applicable subscription.
Digital delivery
Slowbloom is software, not a physical product. Instant delivery — activation code by email. Activation details should be protected and should not be posted publicly or resold.
Restrictions
You may not copy, distribute, rent, sell, reverse engineer, circumvent access controls, or use the software to create an unauthorized competing service. You may export records where your plan provides an export feature, but exported material remains subject to your responsibilities concerning privacy and lawful use.
User content
You retain responsibility for journal entries, notes, habit information, and other content you submit. You grant Slowbloom the permissions necessary to store and process that content solely to provide the features you request, subject to the Privacy Policy.
AI reflections
Where included, AI reflections are generated from information you choose to record. They are intended for reflective use and do not provide diagnosis, therapy, medical advice, or clinical conclusions.
Warranty and availability
The service is provided as software that may change, experience interruptions, or contain defects. To the extent permitted by law, Slowbloom does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will always meet a particular purpose. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Termination
The license ends when the subscription ends or when access is terminated under applicable terms. Provisions concerning user content, intellectual property, lawful use, and other obligations that should survive termination remain effective where appropriate.
