Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of Slowbloom subscription software and related pages. By creating an account, starting a trial, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly.
Subscriptions and automatic renewal
Slowbloom plans are billed monthly. Billed monthly. Renews automatically until cancelled. Your subscription renews automatically every month. Cancel anytime in your account settings — no cancellation fee. A trial is free for 14 days, requires no credit card, and nothing is charged during the trial.
Access and activation
Slowbloom is software delivered digitally. Instant delivery — activation code by email. Activation information is intended for the subscriber and the seats included in the selected license. You may not resell, sublicense, or misuse access outside the license terms.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with other users, attempt unauthorized access, or introduce malicious code. Greenhouse users are responsible for using group and coach features respectfully and only with information they are authorized to view.
Refunds
We offer a full refund within 30 days of any payment, no questions asked. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Additional cancellation details may be provided in the Refund Policy.
Not a medical service
Slowbloom is a reflection tool, not a medical or mental health service. The service does not provide therapy, diagnosis, treatment, medical advice, or clinical assessment. Information shown by the product should be treated as personal reflection and self-awareness material.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or modify service features as the product develops. You may stop using the service and cancel according to your account controls. Terms relating to payments already made, intellectual property, limitations, and lawful use may continue as applicable.
