A LETTERS DESK

Questions, answered slowly.

1. What exactly is Slowbloom?

Slowbloom is a subscription software tool for habit tracking and reflective journaling. It combines routine check-ins with optional mood notes and, on eligible plans, AI-generated reflections based on your own entries.

2. Is Slowbloom a therapy or medical tool?

No. Slowbloom is only a reflection and self-awareness tool, not a medical service, therapy service, or clinical treatment. Slowbloom is a reflection tool, not a medical or mental health service.

3. How does the 14-day free trial work?

The trial is free for 14 days, no credit card is required, and nothing is charged during the trial. Your activation access is delivered by email.

4. How do I get access after purchase?

After a completed demo order, your activation code is prepared for email delivery. The stated delivery target is within 5 minutes, so you can move from checkout to your account access without a physical shipment.

5. Does it work offline?

Mobile users can make habit check-ins while offline. Synchronization requires an internet connection, so offline entries should be allowed to sync once the device reconnects.

6. Which browsers and devices?

Slowbloom is designed for current desktop and mobile browsers with JavaScript enabled. A responsive layout adapts to small screens, tablets, and larger displays.

7. What's the difference between the four plans?

Seed focuses on three habits and basic reminders. Sprig adds ten habits, mood views, recurring reminders, and ten monthly AI reflections. Garden adds unlimited habits, broader notes, unlimited reflections, an annual PDF journal, and three seats. Greenhouse adds ten seats, group workspaces, coach view, trend reports, and expanded exports.

8. Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes. Account changes can be made between eligible subscription levels, with the applicable amount adjusted on a prorated basis according to the billing period.

9. How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancellation is available as a simple account action, with no cancellation fee. Access continues through the end of the current paid billing period.

10. What is your refund policy?

We offer a full refund within 30 days of any payment, no questions asked. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

11. Who can read my journal?

Your journal is private by default and intended to be readable only by you. We do not sell journal data or use it for advertising, and you can fully export and delete your records.

12. What does the AI reflection feature do?

The AI reflection feature uses your own records to generate gentle weekly summaries and questions. It does not diagnose conditions, provide medical advice, or tell you what treatment to seek.

13. What happens to my streak if I miss a day?

Slowbloom uses a flexible streak repair approach so one missed day does not have to erase the context of your routine. The goal is to help you return to the practice rather than punish an interruption.

14. Can I use it with a coach?

The Greenhouse plan includes a coach view and group workspaces. It is designed to give a coach a shared perspective on information that participants choose to make available within the workspace.

15. What are family seats?

Garden includes three seats under its family license, while Greenhouse includes ten seats under its coach license. Seats are intended for the people covered by the applicable subscription.
